Three people have been charged with theft following incidents in Manchester city centre.
Mohammed Hilal (22/03/03), of Tollgate Close, Ardwick, Manchester, Bassan Al-Dhufairi (09/01/03), of Heston Avenue, Rusholme, Manchester, and a 15-year-old boy have all been charged with theft from persons.
Additionally, the 15-year-old has been charged with handling stolen goods and possession of cannabis.
The three were arrested in connection with reported distraction thefts in the city centre on 15 May 2022 and have been bailed to appear in court on 14 June 2022.
The arrests were made by GMP's City of Manchester Central division's Valiant robbery unit and officers from the city centre neighbourhood team.
