Man arrested after motorbike driver seriously injured in RTC on Wilmslow Road

At approximately 5:30pm yesterday (2 November 2022), officers were called to reports of a road traffic collision between a car and a motorbike on Wilmslow Road in Manchester.

The car did not remain at the scene.

The driver of the motorbike was taken to hospital to receive treatment for injuries that are serious but not thought to be life-threatening.

One man has since been arrested on suspicion of causing serious injury by driving without due care and attention.
