At around 10.50pm on Thursday 17 August 2023, officers were called by the North West Ambulance Service to reports that a man had been hit by a glass at a business premises on Halifax Road, Rochdale.
The man who had been hit by the glass sustained lacerations to his neck and was treated for his injuries at the scene.
Officers from Rochdale would like to speak this man (pictured) who may be able to assist police with their enquiries.
Detective Sergeant John Dineen said: “I am now appealing to the man pictured and the public for their help in identifying this individual, who, might hold key information to what happened on that evening.
“We have followed up multiple lines of enquiry, but unfortunately, we have had no luck in arresting the suspected culprit.
“Anyone with information should contact police on 0161 856 8519 quoting log number 4199 of 17/08/23 or the independent charity - Crimestoppers, anonymously, on 0800 555 111."
