Man charged with weapons and drug offences in Bolton

Mohammed Arif (28/03/1997) of Dorking Close, Bolton has been charged with the following offences –

• Being concerned in the supply of a class A drug (crack cocaine)
• Being concerned in the supply of a class A drug (heroin)
• Possession of an offensive weapon
• Possession of a bladed article
• Possession of criminal property
• Driving with no insurance

He appeared at Wigan Magistrates Court yesterday (Wednesday 13 December 2023) and was released on court bail with conditions.

Detective Sergeant Paul Quinn, of GMP’s Operation Challenger Bolton Team, said: “We are committed to tackling organise crime and the supply of drugs across Greater Manchester.

“The charges come as part of the wider ongoing Operation Challenger; Greater Manchester’s response to tackling serious and organised crime.
