He is remanded into custody following an appearance at Manchester and Salford Magistrates Court until 31st March 2023 where he will appear at Minshull Street Crown Court.
Police Constable Nico O'Reilly of GMP’s Stockport district, said: “This has been a fantastic effort by our Neighbourhood crime team who take a proactive approach in tackling neighbourhood crime.
“We are determined to send a clear message - we will be relentless in our pursuit of tackling crime in our communities, crime impacts on the lives of victims, and I hope that these charges go some way to reassuring the public that we are delivering on this promise.
“Any information from the public relating to these types of offences assists us greatly with tracing offenders and recovering stolen property so I strongly urge anyone who has been the victim of a crime to report it to GMP via 101 or online via www.gmp.police.uk.”
