Officers appeal for information to identify man they would like to speak to in connection with a theft

Greater Manchester Police would like to identify and speak to this man in connection with an incident that occurred last month.
On Thursday 26 January 2023 at around 1:30pm, officers received reports of a theft from a motor vehicle at Hallmark Tower, Cheetham Hill Road near to the City Centre.
If anyone has any information or details that may help the investigation, they are asked to call 101 quoting incident 1812 of 01/02/23.
