Following a Burglary at Weavers Court, Bolton in the early hours of Sunday 25 December 2022, a male has been charged and remanded.
David Murphy (25/12/01) of no fixed abode was arrested on Tuesday 31 January 2023 on suspicion of burglary.
Murphy was charged and remanded on Wednesday 1 February for burglary of a dwelling, aggravated taking without owner’s consent, no license, and no insurance. He was also charged with criminal damage and theft for unrelated matters.
David Murphy is due to appear at Manchester and Salford Magistrates Court this morning (Thursday 2 February 2023).
