At around 6pm on Thursday 29 December 2022, at The Moon Under Water pub on Market Place in Wigan Town Centre officers responded to reports of a number of assaults.
The victims thankfully did not suffer serious or life threatening injuries at the time.
Officers and Detectives are still investigating and are now in a position to ask for information from the public, in particular they are keen to identify and speak to these two men who they believe could help with their enquiries and were going to the Wigan Athlteic v Sunderland AFC fixture.
