Police have today (Friday 27 January 2023) arrested a man in his 20s on suspicion of breaching his bail conditions after he was previously arrested on suspicion of domestic related offences.
Detective Sergeant Natasha Feerick of GMPs North Manchester district, said: “I’d like to thank members of the public for their help in this investigation.
"We had received numerous reports that a man was posting on Facebook how easy it was to evade police capture following an arrest attempt.
“I would like to assure those who think they can commit crime and evade police capture that its only a matter of time before we find you.
“We are committed to making the communities we live in safer for residents and will continue to do all we can to arrest anyone who threatens this.”
Anyone with information or concerns can contact police online, if able, via www.gmp.police.uk or call 101. Details can be passed anonymously on Crimestoppers on 0800 555 111.
