Ally Gahindo (DOB: 03/10/03) of no fixed abode had been charged with two robberies that occurred on Wednesday 12 July in Boton Town Centre.
He has been remanded to appear at Manchester Magistrates Court tomorrow morning (31/07/23).
Detective Sergeant Carla Deighton from Bolton's Neighbourhood Priority Crime Team said: "We want to reassure the community that we take a robust approach to tackling robberies and will continue to do our part in reducing this type of crime.
"We perform at our best when members of the public share information with us, as this helps to trace offenders and recover stolen property."
