Another arrest made in connection with death of Piotr Ludwiczak

Another 19-year-old male was arrested on Tuesday 11 July 2023 on suspicion of violent disorder.
The suspect has since been released on bail.
The arrest was made after Brook Marshall-Byrne (7/4/04), of Prestwich Hills, was charged with manslaughter and affray on July 11.
He was remanded in custody and appeared at Manchester Magistrates Court.
35-year-old Piotr sadly died in hospital following an incident in Bury Town Centre on Saturday 8 July 2023.
Piotr’s family have been kept updated with the progress of this investigation and continue to be supported by officers.
