GMP were called on Tuesday 25 July 2023 to reports of a workplace accident on Hilton Square, Swinton.
Emergency services attended but despite best efforts a man sadly passed away at the scene. The man was later confirmed to be Mark Tatlock (41).
The family of Mark paid tribute to him and said the following:
“As a family we are devastated with the loss of Mark. He was a loving and devoted father to his three children who he loved and adored with all his heart.
“Mark was a loving husband and best friend to his wife who he shared his life with for over 20 years.
“He was a fun loving and kind-hearted man who lived his life for his family and would do anything for anyone. Mark will be greatly missed by his dad, mum, sisters and all his family and friends.
“As a family we are in shock with the sudden loss of Mark, it has left us with a big void in our lives, but he is now at peace with his brothers Peter and Jamie.”
Mark’s family have asked for privacy whilst they grieve.
