On Tuesday 14 February 2023, officers attended Clarendon Park in Salford over concerns for the welfare of a man. He was taken to hospital with serious head injuries, which are believed to be life changing.
Today, (Thursday 2 March), Greater Manchester Police have arrested a 32-year-old man on suspicion of attempt murder. He remains in police custody for questioning.
