GMP appeal for information about man using his phone while driving in Manchester

Greater Manchester Police is aware of images in wide circulation on social media, purporting to show an individual using a mobile phone whilst driving in Manchester.

Investigating officers are seeking the original footage in order to ascertain the correct time, date and place of any offence. Once this has been received, officers will be able to determine an appropriate outcome.
