Between 5pm and 6:30pm on Sunday 27 November 2022, a man in his 60s was kidnapped from a premises on Platt Lane in Rusholme. He was transported, assaulted in a vehicle, and taken to the vicinity of Brookfield Gardens in Wythenshawe.
While in the vehicle, the victim sustained a number of injuries and was robbed of his personal items and £200 in cash.
Officers were called to reports of the kidnapping and are currently investigating this incident.
Greater Manchester Police are appealing to members of the public to identify the person in the photographs below as they are a potential witness to this incident and could have vital information for this investigation.
