Officers from Greater Manchester Police (GMP) Oldham Division executed a warrant at a property on Carnarvon Street in Oldham this morning (31/05/2023).
Inside officers discovered a suspected cannabis farm with 88 plants spanning across four rooms of the property.
A 43-year-old man has since been arrested on suspicion of being involved in the production of cannabis and was taken into custody for questioning.
Sergeant R Coggin of GMP Oldham said: "This is a great result for our officers who are working hard to crackdown on drug related crime and make out communities safer. To keep disrupting this type of crime, we need the public to report any information they might have. I would urge anyone who has information about this cannabis farm, or anyone connected to it, to please contact us so we can bring these people to justice."
You can make a report by calling police on 101 or via the LiveChat function on GMP's website: www.gmp.police.uk
