Two people have been arrested on suspicion of robbery in connection with a series of incidents which took place on a bus travelling up Lees Road in Oldham on Friday, 12 May, 2023.
It had been reported that at around 4pm on that day, a group had approached passengers and demanded their phones and personal items.
Two males, both 17, have been released on bail pending further enquiries.
Detective Sergeant Michael Ogiliev, of GMP's Oldham division, said: "We took these reports incredibly seriously and I hope that these arrests show that we are determined to bring about justice for the victims in these robberies.
"We are still asking for any witnesses to please come forward, as any information, big or small, could greatly help us with our investigations."
