A 32-year-old man has been charged after officers responded to reports of a hate crime against a 42-year-old woman in Trafford on Tuesday 28 November 2023.
Christopher Krukowski (03/03/1991) of Rushmere Walk, Old Trafford was charged with racially aggravated public order.
He was remanded into custody to appear at Manchester and Salford Magistrates Court today (Thursday 30 November 2023).
Inspector Scott Wolstenholme of GMP's Trafford North Neighbourhood Policing Team said: "Greater Manchester Police continues to affirm our commitment to safeguarding the rights and dignity of every individual in all of our communities. We remain clear that racism has no place in Greater Manchester, we will not tolerate discrimination in any form. We continue to provide support and reassurance to the public to ensure people feel safe.”
