Leigh man charged with sexual assault

A Leigh man has been charged with sexual assault.
Robert Shepherd (06/05/1963), of Fell Street, Leigh, appeared at Wigan and Leigh Magistrates' Court on Thursday 28 September 2023.
He was remanded to appear at Bolton Crown Court on Thursday 2 November 2023.
Officers were called to reports of a sexual assault of a female at an address in Leigh on 26 September 2023.
