Man jailed for causing death by dangerous driving

Chad Rimington (22/11/1990) of no fixed abode was yesterday (Wednesday 20 September 2023) sentenced to ten years and eight months at Bolton Crown Court for causing death by dangerous driving and causing death when driving an unlicensed and uninsured vehicle.
This is in relation to the sad death of Kathleen Kirby Smedley in Platt Bridge, Wigan back on Monday 23 June 2023.
