Two charged following police investigation into police pursuit of cloned car on M60

Two men have been charged in connection with an investigation into a police pursuit involving a cloned car on the M60 earlier this week (September 4).

 

Damien Carter (30/07/99), of Robinswood Road, Wythenshawe, has been charged with:

Four counts of theft of a motor vehicle

One count of burglary

One count of attempted theft of a motor vehicle

One count of possession of class B drugs.

 

Delton Timothy (06/02/05), of Highfield Avenue, Stockport, has been charged with:

Four counts of theft of a motor vehicle

One count of driving a motor vehicle dangerously

One count of burglary

One count of attempted theft of a motor vehicle

One count of possession of class B drugs

One count of possession of a sharp pointed article in a public place.

 

Both have been remanded into custody to appear at Minshull Street Crown Court on 11 October 2023.
