Following an investigation led by GMP's Trafford District Complex Safeguarding Hub into reports of non-recent sexual abuse against children aged between 14 and 17, a man has been charged.
Thomas Davin (24/06/1952) of Sale has been charged with six counts of rape, four counts of sexual assault and one count of sexual activity with a child.
He is set to appear at Manchester and Salford Magistrates Court on Tuesday 30 April 2024.
If you or someone you know has been a victim of rape or other sexual offences, we encourage you not to suffer in silence and report it to the police by calling 101 or 999 in an emergency.
You can also report information and crimes on our website (www.gmp.police.uk) using the 'report' tool. Alternatively, you can report information anonymously to the independent charity Crimestoppers on 0800 555 111.
