Robert Emmerson (22/07/1984), Croyden Drive, Manchester, has been charged with the following;
He has been remanded in police custody ahead of a scheduled appearance at Manchester and Salford Magistrates' Court on Wednesday 24 April 2024.
These charges relate to a number of exposure incidents that allegedly took place in the underpass beneath Mancunian Way between November 2023 and April 2024.
The alleged victims are being supported by specialists officers.
Detective Constable Tamsyn Muller from our City of Manchester district said: “I would like to praise the people who have assisted with our investigation and those who shared our appeal.
“These alleged incidents have caused understandable distress and concern in the area, and I hope these charges bring some reassurance to the community.
