At around 5am on Saturday 13 April 2024 the victim, a 27-year old male, was in a bar on Bridge Street in Manchester city centre.
The victim was involved in a dispute with one of the suspects as both parties left the bar. This escalated into a physical altercation.
During the altercation, the victim sustained a stab wound to his abdomen, which required surgery due to internal bleeding.
The victim is now stable and has been discharged from hospital without life threatening or changing injuries, and should make a full recovery.
Officers are now releasing an image of two men they would like to speak to who may be able to assist their investigation.Anyone with information is asked to contact police on 0161 856 4305, quoting log number 637 of 13/04/24.
