Two people have been charged with numerous offences following an investigation into reports of a teenager being attacked with a corrosive substance in Vaudrey Road, Stockport, on 24 March.
Gilson Martins (06/12/2001), of Ashton Street, Rochdale, has been charged with grievous bodily harm with intent, conspiracy to cause GBH with intent, two counts of possession of a corrosive substance, and aggravated burglary.
Stephen Wheeler (11/05/1976), of Dartmouth Crescent, Stockport, has been charged with conspiracy to cause GBH with intent.
Both have been remanded in custody to appear at Manchester Crown Court on 17/05/2024.
Officers are continuing to work on the investigation, and have asked anyone with information to please come forward.
