A man has been charged in connection with an investigation into reports of an attack on a man on Broadoak Road, Tameside, on 3 August.
Andrew Hill (26/01/1985), of Pottinger Street, Ashton-under-Lyne, has been charged with grievous bodily harm with intent.
He was remanded in custody today following an appearance at Manchester and Salford Magistrates Court, and will next appear at Minshull Street Crown Court on 19 September.
