Detectives have released CCTV footage as officers continue to search for man who has been missing for a week.
Tomasz Swietek, 45, who is from the Prestwich / Higher Broughton area, left Salford Royal Hospital at around 4.15pm on Thursday 1 August , before later being seen on Centenary Way, Eccles, at around 6pm. It is believed he was close to the Lighthouse Church at around 9.55pm that same night.
Officers have now released CCTV footage of Tomasz walking down Centenary Way. They are urging anyone with information about his movements to please get in touch, as any tips could prove vital to locating Tomasz. Officers are becoming increasingly concerned and want to make sure he is safe and well.
This includes any relevant dashcam, CCTV, or doorbell footage from around any of the above listed areas.
Tomasz is described as being around 6ft1, with a stocky build, light-brown medium length hair with grey sides. He was last seen wearing a dark blue Lonsdale t-shirt, grey chino style pants, and black shoes.
Detective Inspector Zoe Marsden, from GMP’s Salford district, said: “I am appealing for anyone who may have travelled along Centenary Way at around 6pm – or was in the Lighthouse Church area at around 9.55pm – to please get in touch.
“I would ask anyone with dashcam footage from around that time to please get in touch as your information and footage could help us locate Tomasz as soon as possible. We are concerned for his wellbeing and want to make sure he is safe and well.
“If you were in any of the areas listed around the times specified, please do check the footage you do have and let us know if you did see a man matching Tomasz’s description.
