On Monday 29 January 2024 at around 9.34am, officers were called to a road traffic collision on the M67 motorway between junctions 3 and 4.
A vehicle travelling along the M67 is believed to have struck a patch of standing water, before being involved in a collision with a grass verge. The front seat passenger, a 59-year-old man, subsequently died from his injuries.
GMP’s Serious Collision Investigation Unit (SCIU) are now appealing for anyone who may have witnessed the incident, or has dashcam footage, to come forward and assist their investigation.
