Police are appealing for witnesses following a serious injury road traffic collision in Manchester today (Wednesday 10 January).
At around 12.48pm, emergency services were called to a collision between a car and a parked van on Longley Lane, Sharston.
The driver of the car suffered serious injuries and remains in hospital for treatment.
Police are appealing for any witnesses, or anyone who may have dashcam footage of the incident to come forward and help their enquiries.
