At around 3.45pm on Tuesday 2 January 2024, officers were called to reports of a burglary at a H Samuels at Town Square Shopping Centre in Oldham.
It is understood that the suspect entered the shop posing as a customer and then reached into a glass cabinet, grabbing three gold chains and made off towards the high street.
The suspect is believed to have taken property to the value of £1,200 and no arrests have been made at this stage.
Officers would like to speak to the man pictured above as officers believe that they could assist with further enquiries relating to this incident.
Officers are appealing for anyone who recognises this man or if anyone has any further information that could assist police with their investigation.
