Officers appeal for information following a business robbery in Trafford

Between 7:30am and 7:45am on Saturday 2 December 2023, officers were called to reports of a robbery at Morrisons Daily on Irlam Road, Flixton.

It is understood that the suspect entered the shop and then followed the cashier behind the till before threatening her with a large kitchen knife.

The suspect is believed to have taken cash and cigarettes before making off from the scene.

Thankfully, nobody received any injuries and officers are continuing to support the victim following this incident.

No arrests have been made at present.

Officers would like to speak to the man pictured above as officers believe that they could assist with further enquiries relating to this incident.

Officers are appealing for anyone who recognises this man or his clothing or if anyone has any further information that could assist police with their investigation.
