Between 9.30pm and 11pm on Tuesday 31 October 2023, an assault took place at a public house on Acres Lane in Stalybridge, Tameside.
It was established that the victim was approached by the suspect and was subsequently attacked for no apparent reason.
The victim received treatment the following day where it was confirmed that he had a broken jaw as a result of the blow to the face he received the night before.
With the victim having to stay in the hospital for a number of days as a precaution.
Greater Manchester Police would like to speak to the man pictured, as officers believe that they could assist with further enquiries relating to this incident.
Officers are appealing for anyone who recognises this man or if anyone has any further information that could assist police with their investigation.
