Police appeal for information after a residential burglary in Stockport

On Wednesday 20 December 2023, at around 1:45pm, officers received reports of a burglary at a property on Adshall Road in Cheadle, Stockport.

Following initial enquiries, it is understood that a man gained entry to the property through the rear door while the victim’s loved one was at home and stole a box of items including an envelope with £700 cash inside.

The suspect then left the scene and police have launched an investigation to identify and locate the suspect.

Officers are appealing to the public for any information and are looking to speak to the individual in this image as officers believe they may have further information regarding this incident.
