A man and a woman have been charged in connection of the death of three-year-old Daniel Twigg from May 2022.
Daniel sadly died after sustaining injuries as a result of being attacked by a dangerous dog on Tunshill Lane, Milnrow in Rochdale on Sunday 15 May 2022.
Mark Twigg (31/03/1982) of King Street, Radcliffe and Joanne Bedford (16/10/1987) of the same address, have been charged with gross negligence manslaughter.
They have been notified to attend a scheduled court appearance at Manchester and Salford Magistrates Court on Wednesday 31 July 2024.
