James Loveridge (22/06/1995) of Firbank in Elton, Chester was charged with six counts of failing to stop at the scene of a road traffic collision, dangerous driving, driving otherwise in accordance with a licence, driving without third party insurance and failing to provide a sample of analysis.
He has been remanded in custody ahead of his next appearance which will be at Manchester Crown Court on Wednesday 10 April 2024.
These charges are a result of an investigation after GMP’s Roads Policing Unit responded to an incident of dangerous driving on the M56 during the afternoon of Monday 4 March 2024.
