Officers are investigating after a collision involving a car and a cyclist on Longley Lane, Sharston.
Shortly before 6pm yesterday (Friday 1 March) a car was travelling on Longley Lane, Sharston near to the Sharston Recycling Centre.
The driver of the vehicle remained at the scene and assisted officers with enquiries.
The cyclist suffered potentially life-changing injuries and was taken to hospital.
GMP's Roads Policing Unit is appealing for any information and would like to speak to anyone who witnessed the incident or has dashcam footage to come forward and assist their investigation.
