Officers are appealing for information following a serious injury road traffic collision on the M60

The incident occurred between junctions 23 – 24 at around 3pm yesterday (Monday 1 April).
A vehicle left the carriageway and spun across the motorway towards the hard shoulder.
The vehicle collided with a pedestrian who was assisting another vehicle.
As a result, the pedestrian suffered serious injuries.
Police are appealing for any witnesses, or anyone who may have dashcam footage of the incident to come forward and help their enquiries.
