Police release image as part of ongoing investigation into indecent exposure in Bredbury

It has been reported to police that a man has been seen performing sexually explicit acts to himself in a garden on Redhouse Lane, Bredbury, on several occasions over the last two weeks.

Police would like to speak to the man pictured as he may be able to assist with enquiries.

We would also like to speak to anyone who lives in the area, or who perhaps commutes through Redhouse Lane on a regular basis, and may have CCTV, doorbell, or dashcam footage.

PC Stockton from GMP Stockport said: “These are alarming incidents, and I would like to reassure the public that we are continuing to follow a number of lines of enquiry and we are taking steps to ensure that the victim is being fully supported.

“Whilst I appreciate that this image is low quality, I am appealing to the public who may recognise this man, who would be able to identify him from this image. Please get in touch with us, even if you think the information is small or inconsequential, it be key to solving our investigation.”
