We have charged two juveniles with several offences in Oldham following a road traffic collision where a stolen vehicle crashed on Hollins Road.
At 11:39am on Monday 6 May 2024, we were called to Hollins Road in Oldham, to reports of a road traffic collision where a car collided with several stationary cars. Thankfully, no members of public were injured.
A 15-year-old boy and a 16-year-old boy have been charged with the following offences and appeared at Manchester & Salford Magistrates. They have since been released on court bail.
Detective Inspector Mike Ogiliev, from our Oldham Neighbourhood Crime Team, said: "This is a great result considering the destruction this duo left in their wake on Monday.
"Hopefully these charges instil confidence in the public that the offenders have been dealt with accordingly. Regardless of their age, we take a zero-tolerance stance to behaviour like this across Greater Manchester."
