Officers are investigating following reports a member of staff was assaulted while working at a premises in Manchester City Centre.
At around 5.40pm on 18 June, officers received a report that a male had punched a member of staff in the head multiple times at a bakery on Oxford Road, just off St. Peter's Square. She attended hospital with her injuries which were thankfully not life-threatening or changing.
It is additionally believed the male was racially abusive during the incident.
Officers have now released images of a man they would like to speak to in connection with the incident, as it is believed he could help with their enquiries.
