Officers are appealing for information following reports of an assault in Ruby Street, Manchester.
At around 6.30pm on Saturday 21 September, a man was approached by two males wearing dark clothing, where he subsequently received stabbing injuries to his hand. The pair then made off from the area.
Investigators are now appealing for information as they continue their enquiries.
This includes anyone in possession of relevant dashcam, CCTV, or doorbell footage.
