Officers are investigating damage to a police vehicle and a collision which left a three-year-old child with a head injury.
A male offender threw a brick at a police car on Ripponden Road at around 6:19pm on Tuesday 8 October 2024.
The man then made off on a surron electric bike and shortly after, at around 6:27pm on Taurus Street, he collided with a child.
The child was thrown into the air and collided with a parked vehicle.
The male on the bike then failed to stop and made off, leaving the child with a head injury. The child is now out of hospital and is recovering at home.
Officers are now appealing for anyone who may have witnessed the incident to come forward and assist their investigation.
