Officers investigating a stabbing in Bury secure charges against a 38-year-old woman

Tiffany Sanderson (06/06/1986) of no fixed abode has been charged and remanded with assault.

She was further remanded to appear before Minshull Street Crown Court on Thursday 31 October 2024.

The charge relates to a stabbing at an address on Limefield Brow at around 8:30am on Tuesday 24 September.

Emergency services attended and enquiries established a man in his 40s had been stabbed. He was taken to hospital for treatment on injuries which were not life-threatening or life-changing.

This was an isolated incident with no wider threat to the community.
