At around 9pm yesterday (11/04/2025), we responded to reports of a man with injuries consistent with a stabbing at the playfields near Abraham Moss Tram Station.
The victim - a man in his 20s - was taken to hospital with serious injuries.
A scene remains in place while CSI gather evidence and detectives investigate the circumstances surrounding this incident.
We are now appealing for witnesses, or anyone who may have crucial information which may assist with enquiries to come forward.
