Roy Leader (17/07/1970) of Littleton Road, Salford has been charged with possessing an offensive weapon, affray and racially aggravated offences under the Public Order Act.
He has been remanded in custody ahead of an appearance at Manchester and Salford Magistrates Court on Wednesday 16 April 2025.
These charges relate to an incident on the evening of Tuesday 15 April 2025 to a large-scale disturbance on Romney Street in Salford. An investigation is ongoing into the circumstances, with our detectives working with Salford Council to understand the use of the property.
