Officers are appealing for information following an assault in Moss Side

We are looking to speak to this man as we believe he can assist with our investigation following an assault outside Manchester Student Village, Great Western Street, Moss Side on Monday 6 January 2025 between 12:26am – 12:29am.

It was reported that a woman was approached from behind and assaulted with what is believed to be a glass bottle.

Her injuries are not thought to be life-threatening or life changing.
