Brody Humphreys (26/08/2006) from Farnworth, Brooklyn Kingham (14/07/2006) from Leigh and a 17-year-old boy who cannot be named for legal reasons have all been charged.
They have all been charged with the offence of burglary, aggravated vehicle taking, theft of a motor vehicle, possession of class A drugs, assault of an emergency worker, in addition to other offences including driving whilst disqualified, no insurance and driving otherwise than in accordance with a licence.
All have been remanded in custody ahead of an appearance at Wigan Magistrates Court on Thursday 16 January 2025.
These charges relate to an initial incident on Northumberland Street in Wigan where a Toyota Yaris was taken without consent on Tuesday 14 January 2025.
