Officers are appealing for information after the death of a man following a collision on the M60 in Tameside on Tuesday 11 February.
At around 10.25am that day, two vehicles were waiting at traffic lights on the clockwise exit slip (Junction 24, Denton Island).
Another vehicle has continued driving down the slip road to the roundabout and collided with the rear of one of the cars, which has then collided into another.
All vehicles stopped and no arrests have been made.
Several days later on 27/02/25, the driver of the vehicle which initially crashed, a 55-year-old man, was found dead at his home.
Officers are currently assessing the crash and the exact cause of the man’s death in the days that followed.
