At around 9pm on Monday 30 December 2024, we were made aware of reports of a burglary at an address on Broad Lane in Hale.
It’s believed that two unknown suspects have damaged the on site security system and then climbed over a fence and entered the property via the first floor by breaking a window at around 8pm. They were captured on CCTV on Broad Lane at 8:57pm. One of the suspects, pictured, was wearing a North Face coat and what appears to be Nike trainers, carrying a crowbar.
Several high value and sentimental items have been stolen, including a safe, which stored several luxury watches and jewellery, also designer bags, clothing, trainers, designer glasses and sunglasses, fragrance and debit cards.
Police are now appealing to speak to anyone who lives in, or frequents, the area, who may have CCTV, doorbell, or dashcam footage which shows the moments leading up to the burglary, or the time after.
We are also keen to speak to anyone who believes they may have been offered any of these stolen items.
