WANTED: Do you recognise these 12 men wanted as part of organised crime conspiracies?

Main article content

Appeals News
Published: 07:05 22/03/2025

All 12 nominals are wanted in relation to either drug or firearms investigations, and we have appealed to find them on the most recent series of Crimewatch Live.

Many are thought to have fled abroad, so if you see them abroad contact both local police and GMP and do not approach them. Please call us on 101 or 999 in an emergency if you spot any of these people or have information. Information can also be shared anonymously via the independent charity Crimestoppers on 0800 555 111.

HAMID HERMATI

We want to question him about the production of methamphetamines. He is 39 years old with links to Manchester and London and also to Iran.

ZICO ROTHWELL

We have already charged Rothwell with conspiracy to supply drugs but he has since gone to ground. He is 34 years old and we believe he may have travelled to the United Arab Emirates or possibly to Brazil.

NARIMAN SEIFZADEH

We want to speak to Seifzadeh about drug offences, specifically conspiracy to supply cocaine. He is 39 years old with links to Bury and Salford in Manchester, but we believe he may currently be out of the country.

OMAR NAJAR

Have you seen Omar Najar? We want to speak to him in connection with conspiracy to supply cocaine heroin and MDMA. He was 35 on Valentines Day and has links to Failsworth as well as Manchester.

JAMAL ADAM ANDERSON

We want to question Anderson about alleged involvement in the conspiracy to supply cocaine. Anderson, who will be 40 in May, has connections to Salford, Bury and Hulme but he may also have travelled outside of the UK.

BRADLEY DWYER

Do you know Bradley Dwyer? Though he also uses the nicknames Faz and Farron. We want to speak to him about the large scale importation and distribution of drugs. He is 39 years old and has links to Salford and Oldham in Greater Manchester as well as to Dubai.

JAMES CONROY

We need to locate Conroy as he has been charged with conspiracy to supply class A drugs. He is 31 years old with links across Manchester but intelligence suggests he may have travelled to Spain.

ZUHIR NASRAT

Nasrat also goes by the name Loqman. We want to speak to him about alleged involvement in the conspiracy to supply class A drugs. He is 27 years old with links to the Hulme, Rusholme, Ardwick and Gorton areas of Manchester.

THOMAS PRIDE JEFFERY

This is Thomas Jeffery. We have evidence that he offered firearms with ammunition via the Encrochat platform to other unidentified Encrochat users, as well as being involved in the supply of large quantities of cocaine. Jeffery is suspected to be living in Thailand and working as bodyguard, likely using false IDs.

EUGENE ROBINSON

We identified Robinson as taking a leading role in orchestrating the collection and subsequent onward supply of multi kilo amounts of cocaine and heroin within the UK. He has also been identified as involved in acquisition and movement of firearms. Robinson has links to the West Midlands.

JOHN PAUL JOYCE

John Paul Joyce is wanted for being concerned in the supply of crack cocaine and heroin. During a warrant we found approximately half a kilo of crack cocaine and heroin at his home address, but Joyce wasn’t there. It is believed Joyce fled the country via Northern Ireland to Dublin, then possibly to Spain.

CORY NORFORD

Norford is the head of an organised crime group responsible for the supply of multi kilo quantities of Class A drugs. He is also wanted for money laundering offences. After his arrest he fled the country and is believed to be in Dubai but still has links to Manchester, and we need to find him.

Last week, we appeared on Crimewatch Live to speak about the work of our Force Critical Wanted Unit, who are a dedicated resource to hunt individuals like the above on a daily basis.
